You’ll begin with two sparkling wines — one Old World and one New — both produced using the méthode traditionnelle. Discover how the same technique can lead to very different results, shaped by terroir, climate and winemaking choices.

Our two whites share the same grape variety but come from very different heritages. Taste the sunshine, the history and the contrasting methods that make each wine so distinctive.

We’ll finish the evening with two warm, characterful reds, each shaped by its own terroir and winemaking philosophy. A final chance to explore how place influences style, structure and flavour.

All our wines with be matched to some delightful cheeses, to help further you tasting experience.
